Gateaux

The gateaux from Huize van Wely are made entirely by hand with the best and purest ingredients. And of course they contain no artificial colouring agents, aromatic substances or flavourings. Our gateaux serve 8 to 10 persons. Remember to store the gateau in your refrigerator as soon as possible after purchase. The flavour and texture of this product are best enjoyed if the gateau is taken from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving. This allows it to reach the right temperature. Please cut the gateau with a sharp knife, immersing it in hot water for a few seconds before cutting if desired. It goes without saying that you do not have to serve our gateaux with the recommended, store-bought dessert wines. They taste just as lovely with a cup of coffee or tea.
