Most of our patisserie products must be kept refrigerated and handled with care. This is the reason that you will not be able to order these products via our future web shop but rather need to order them directly at one of Huize van Wely's five establishments. You must place your patisserie order at least two business days in advance using the form to the right. We will ensure that your order is ready for you to pick up at a Huize van Wely shop of your choice. If you want to pick up an order this afternoon or tomorrow, please call your preferred shop to place your order. The telephone numbers are listed in the contact details in the Contact section of our website.
In case of cancellation of your online order via the order form on the right side you need to call the preferred Huize van Wely shop where you have placed your order, at least one business day in advance. If this does not happen, the costs of your order will be charged. Same day orders placed by telephone at your preferred Huize van Wely shop, can not be cancelled.
Please place your Huize van Wely patisserie product(s) in your refrigerator as soon as possible after buying them. They are best enjoyed if left outside the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before you serve or consume them, allowing them to reach the right temperature. Please cut our (ice cream) cakes and pies with a sharp knife. You can immerse the knife in hot water for a few seconds before cutting for the best results.
