Pastries
The pastries by Huize van Wely are made entirely by hand with the best and purest ingredients. And of course they contain no artificial colouring agents, aromatic substances or flavourings. They come in many shapes, colours and flavours and are based on crème au beurre, mousse or bavarois. They many varieties include the classic Parisian choux pastry and ‘Meesjes’, delectable single-person pastries in a transparent cup through which you can see the layers.
From a sweet, pretty pastry to serve with your morning coffee to an impressive dessert, Huize van Wely has it all. Remember to store the products in your refrigerator as soon as possible after purchase. The flavour and texture of this product are best enjoyed if the pastries are taken from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving. This allows them to reach the right temperature.



Pompommetje
Sweetly scented half sphere made from lightly acidic apples, sweet raisins, chopped walnuts and pastry cream. It is covered in a grid of almond macaroon paste on a flaky millefeuille base.
Meesjes
Three times two different kinds of fresh mini pastries with a mousse basis and topped with fresh coulis. The flavours depend on the season: raspberry, mango, passion fruit, apple, chocolate, coffee, and others.
Mini Pyramid
A layer of hard Viennese pastry topped with a red fruit mousse, finished with a shimmery red fruit coulis, a bitted chocolate raster and topped with a fresh raspberry.
Chocolade Bombe
A layer of hard Viennese pastry with pure chocolate mousse, a layer of raspberry bavarois and a layer of raspberry and berry configure. Decorated with a shimmery bitter chocolate coulis and bits of chocolate galettes.
Champagne Bombe
A layer of hard Viennese pastry with a champagne bavarois, two layers of biscuit and an apricot cream. Decorated with a curl of bitter chocolate and a ball of apricot confiture.
Raspberry Taertje
Muscovite pastry containing an ümermousse, layers of raspberry confiture and topped with a shimmering raspberry coulis. Also available in a mango, champagne and chocolate variant.
Parisian Pastry Puff
Airy puff pastry covered in bitter chocolate fondant, filled with a mix of fresh whipped cream and pastry cream with vanilla
Mini Turban Pastry Raspberry
A layer of hard Viennese pastry topped with a red fruit mousse, finished with a shimmery red fruit coulis, a bitted chocolate raster and topped with a fresh raspberry.
Mixed Fruit Tartlet
A hard Viennese pastry base with a layer of almond paste filled with pastry cream and topped with fresh mixed fruit (depending on the season). Topped with whipped cream. Also available in a raspberry, strawberry blueberry variant.
Strawberry Tartlet
A hard Viennese pastry base with a layer of almond paste filled with pastry cream and topped with fresh strawberries (depending on the season). Topped with whipped cream. Also available in a raspberry, blueberry and mixed fruit variant.
Raspberry Tartlet

Cinnamon Brique
Layers of Tyrolienne pastry of almond with Ceylon cinnamon and a pâte à bombe cream with cinnamon, dusted with diagonal stripes of powdered sugar and cinnamon. Also available in a chocolate and mocha/macadamia variant.
