The team consists exclusively of professionals and includes Dutch and European champions. Huize van Wely is also a member of several prestigious international institutes, such as ‘Relais Desserts International’ and ‘Académie Culinaire de France’. Clearly Huize van Wely is among the world’s top patisseries. Through the decades Huize van Wely, a Dutch company, evolved into a successful ‘brand’ with five establishments in the Netherlands and three in the Far East, in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Huize van Wely has a simple philosophy. We use the world’s best and purest ingredients. And we turn them into the most flavourful bonbons, truffles, pastries, cakes, sweet and savoury biscuits, and ice cream there are. Huize van Wely makes no concessions when it comes to its products. Over 500 products are manufactured in-house and entirely by hand. They comply with the most stringent requirements Huize van Wely can define. And of course they contain no artificial colouring agents, aromatic substances or flavourings. So each bite will take you straight to heaven. Just the way we always have, since 1922.
